Bakery to go is a specialty food company that strives to create memorable food from local growers and artisans. Taking the familiar and transforming it into a taste sensation that will bring you back for more, again and again! Bakery to go is a proud Georgia Grown Producer!! Our founders, Patrice Robert and Brett Self, have more than 20 years each in the food service industry. Patrice is a native of Provence in the South of France and received his training through an apprenticeship under a Parisian Master Chef. Brett is a North Carolina native and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Come see us at the farmer's markets we participate in, we would love to serve you!

We buy their sourdough bread every few weeks just for us to enjoy. Great bread, great price, nice and very helpful people!

The bearded white guy at the Piedmont park farmers market couldn’t be ruder if he tried. We asked what he had in stock cos nothing was labelled and looked offended we asked.. We saw him being rude to other customers. I barely leave reviews but he had no manners at all, no please and thank you. The only thing he did right was give me the business card so I had the ability to leave this review.

bread is average but i am here to speak about the customer service. walked away shocked at the rudeness of the white guy with the beard serving the queue at piedmont farmers market this morning. i saw him rudely handle a mistake he made by selling a customer the wrong item this morning in front of me. when it was our turn, his answers to our questions and his general approach was enough to make me walk away disappointed that i had given him our business.

I met Bobby at Piedmont Park this weekend at the farmer's market. We bought a blueberry muffin that blew everything else out of the water. Great service and great product!
